manual therapy
Manual therapy can help improve joint movement, reduce stiffness and ease pain. It is commonly used for back and neck pain, joint problems, soft tissue injuries and some post-surgical conditions.

exercise and rehabilitation
Rehabilitation exercises are designed to restore strength, flexibility, balance, posture and movement control. These are especially useful for sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, joint pain, back problems and recurring muscular issues.

Preventative advice
We provide practical advice to help prevent injury and manage ongoing conditions. This may include guidance on posture, movement, workplace setup and lifestyle habits to support long-term health and reduce the risk of recurring problems.

electrotherapy
Electrotherapy may be used where appropriate to help manage pain, reduce inflammation and support the body’s natural healing process. As part of a wider treatment plan, it can complement hands-on therapy.

Acupuncture and Vestibular treatments
We also offer specialist treatment options. These may be recommended depending on your symptoms, diagnosis and treatment goals
